Beaver Creek employee housing offers great accommodations for our employees at subsidized rents to offer the best affordable places to live in the valley. Both locations are located at the base of the resort with close proximity to the resort and local towns.

Housing is offered to full time employees on a first come first serve basis; keep in mind that availability decreases dramatically in December as the season picks up.
You must arrive during leasing office hours to check in; if you arrive after hours or on Sunday you must make advance arrangements to secure temporary accommodation.

Vouchers for housing are distributed by department managers, please contact managers prior to arrival to verify your housing reservation.
Upon check in you are required to pay for the first month’s rent, plus a $300 deposit ($250 security deposit and $50 non refundable administrative fee); you must also present valid government issued ID and a housing voucher.

Sorry, we can no longer accept cash. You can pay with a money order, personal/traveler’s check or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). A minimal fee ($19.95) will be assessed to your credit card by the credit card company.

All apartments:

Are convenient to the resort, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, banks and the Avon Post office, and on local bus routes
Offer full kitchens – no kitchen-ware
Are fully furnished with chairs, couch, beds, dressers and lighting – no lamps
Have parking available for every resident
Provide on-site coin-operated laundry machines in each building
Include utilities in the rent (excluding telephone service)
Do not allow pets

Things to Bring:

Bedding (all units are furnished with twin size beds)
Kitchen-ware (pots, pans, silverware, plates, microwave, etc.)
Personal electronics (televisions, clocks, stereos, etc.)

BC Housing River Edge

River Edge is located in Avon on Highway 6 right on the Eagle River and offers the quickest access to every amenity that the Vail Valley has to offer. Nearby stops on the Beaver Creek, Avon, and Eagle County bus routes.

RENT (all rents are per person): $580.00/month for studios, $475.00 - $490.00/month for all others

THE TARNES AT BEAVER CREEK

Beaver Creek Housing - Tarnes

The Tarnes is located at the west entrance to Beaver Creek. These units offer ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain from Beaver Creek Landing via the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift and are located on the Beaver Creek and Avon bus routes and within walking distance of theEagle County bus routes.
