As an employee, you’ll have unrestricted access to hit the slopes at Beaver Creek, as well as ski for free at our sister resorts just a few miles down the road.  Experience the thrill of night- skiing at Keystone, shred the 5 terrain parks and 4 half pipes at Breck, search for powder stashes in Vail’s 5000 skiable acres, or take in breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from the mountain-top peaks of Heavenly.

During the summer months, use your downtime to climb “Fourteeners,” and explore the numerous mountain biking trails, or play a round at our 18-hole championship golf course. Whether enjoying the mountains or exploring the local towns, there is always something to keep you busy during your off-time.

In addition to the breathtaking mountains with their never-ending activities, you’ll be entertained by a variety of cultural events and activities, including:

1. The Birds of Prey FIS World Cup – Men’s Super Combined, Downhill and Slalom kicks off our season in late November.
2. Our Snowshoe Adventure series, offering participants the chance to race competitively or just have fun.
3. Frequent culinary, wine and music events   
4. Our July 4^th spectacular, with fireworks, music and celebration
5. Chocolate Chip Cookie Contest - this opens every season! The winning cookie is used for “Cookie Time” - a time at the end of another glorious day on the mountain to unwind and relax.  (Employees can be involved with final taste testing, if they’re clever enough!)

Every year, people come to experience the mountain lifestyle and end up staying because they can’t get enough.  But even if you can only join us for a few months, you’ll leave with a lifetime of friends and memories from the mountain Ski Magazine named the 8^th Best Ski Resort in North America (Ski Magazine, 9/06).
