Ski Pass

All employees receive a free ski pass to enjoy the great skiing and snowboarding that our resorts have to offer!

• Full-time employees receive a six (6) resort season pass to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly and Arapahoe Basin. Dependents also receive a six (6) resort pass at no additional fee.
• Part-time employees receive a two (2) resort season pass to either Vail/Beaver Creek OR Breckenridge/Keystone. Dependent passes are deeply discounted to $25 each for the season.
• Temporary and Holiday Help employees receive a two (2) resort season pass to either Vail/Beaver Creek OR Breckenridge/Keystone. If you work more than 100 hours in the season, you are eligible for $75 dependent passes. If you do not commit to 100 hours, you are not eligible for dependent passes.

Ski Lessons

If you’ve never skied before, want to try snowboarding for the first time or just looking to improve your abilities, your benefits package has you covered.

• Full-time employees receive two (2) free ski/snowboard lessons per month, and a 50% discount on other ski products including dependent ski lessons
• Part-time employees receive one (1) free ski/snowboard lessons per month, and a 50% discount on other ski products including dependent ski lessons

Discount Lift Tickets

All employees receive benefit coupons to share with relatives and friends for free or discounted lift access.  The number of coupons received depends on employee group and tenure:

• Full-time seasonal employees with less than 5 years of service receive eight (8) coupons worth $45 lift tickets.
• Part-time employees with less than 5 years of service receive four (4) coupons worth $45 lift tickets.
• Year-round employees receive sixteen (16) coupons worth $45 lift tickets and four (4) comp coupons worth free lift tickets.
• Additional coupons are provided once employees reach levels of tenure.
